Working on a Matter Affecting Contractors

This important point bears repeating: you may not work on Government matters affecting contractors with which you are seeking employment. Seeking employment includes (but is not limited to) unsolicited contacts about possible employment, such as sending your resume to a firm or contractor.

Likewise, you may not work on Government matters affecting a contractor if you make any response other than rejection to a contractor's unsolicited overture about possible employment.
