If you decide to leave Government service, you will be subject to a permanent ban on representing any other person back to the Government on the same Government matter, such as a contract, on which you worked for the Government.

This means you may not sign a letter, attend a meeting, make a presentation, make a telephone call or make any other communication or appearance back to a Government agency or court with the intent to influence the Government in connection with a contract on which you worked as a Government employee.
