SUBJECT:  Availability of the Informal Advisory Letters and Memoranda and Formal Opinions of the United States Office of Government Ethics

     The Office of Government Ethics (OGE) has placed the Informal Advisory Letters and Memoranda and Formal Opinions of the United States Office of Government Ethics for the remainder months of 2006 on the OGE web site at www.usoge.gov.  These new materials, which include letters and memoranda (guidance) issued by OGE from October through December 2006, represent the final installment of the 2006 guidance.  This guidance is available for viewing or downloading and can be found under the advisory opinion section.
