The Office of Government Ethics (OGE) has placed
the Informal Advisory Letters and Memoranda and
Formal Opinions of the United States Office of
Government Ethics for the year 2004 on the OGE web
site at www.usoge.gov.  This guidance, as well as
a newly reformatted index covering guidance issued
from 1990-2004, will be available for viewing or
downloading and can be found under the advisory
opinion section.
