SUBJECT:  Ethics Trainers' Partnership Quarterly Meeting


     The Ethics Trainers' Partnership (Partnership) is holding its
regular meeting on January 16, 1996, 10:00 to 12:00 noon at the RTC
Amphitheater, 801 17th Street, NW., Washington, DC.

The agenda includes two items:

     At 10:00, formation of committees for CY 1996 

              Universal Training

              Training Aids

              Needs Assessment

              Programs

     At 11:00, showing of the 1995 Partnership satellite video.

     The flier announcing this meeting is attached.  Please make
copies and post in areas where ethics trainers will be reminded to
attend.  You do not need to register for the meeting.  If you have
