SUBJECT:  Publication of The Ethics CD Update


     The U.S. Office of Government Ethics (OGE) is pleased to
announce the publication of its first update to The Ethics CD. 
This April 1995 edition of the CD-ROM will contain the latest
documents issued by OGE up through March 31, 1995, and will include
DAEOgrams, Federal Register Notices, and the latest training guide
A Brief Wrap on Ethics.  The CD will also include new and easier to
use search software, capable of running on either a DOS or Windows
based personal computer.

     If you wish to ride OGE's order, an SF-1, Printing and Binding
Requisition Form, should be sent to GPO by May 1, 1995.  The rider
rate for this CD-ROM will be approximately $15.00.  The final cost
will not be determined until after the rider closes.  Please
include with your order the GPO jacket number, 391-527, and the
full title -- The Ethics CD.  Please mail or fax your SF-1
forms to:

     If you do not wish to order the new update by May 1, 1995, you
will not be precluded from purchasing it.  The CD will be made
available through the Superintendent of Documents, albeit at a
higher price.  Please do not call OGE to place your orders.  OGE
will not be stocking or distributing the CD.
