After You Leave

If you are involved in contracting matters or you work with contractors and contractor personnel, you need to be aware that certain restrictions may apply to your activities even after you leave Government service. 

All Federal employees, to varying degrees, are subject to the ethics rules concerning post-employment.

Moreover, certain procurement officials are subject to additional restrictions contained in the Procurement Integrity Act.
