Do your duties require you to particpate in a Government matter, including a contract, involving the following persons:

If so, then it is possible that your ability to be impartial in the Government matter might reasonably be questioned. You should consult with an ethics official to help you determine whether you may work on the matter. Sometimes, your ethics official may authorize you to work on the matter even if there are concerns about the appearance of partiality.
